Tim is fantastic to work with! He is a wonderful communicator, we knew when he would be at our home, what was going to happen and he cleans up when he is done for the day. I am not one who likes our home disrupted, Tim was so respectful of my feelings and concerns. I really appreciate all that he did! The guys he has working with him are equally as wonderful. We could not be happier with the work that they did. We have a beautiful new kitchen!

Having a very positive attitude with a can do approach to any phase of work from plumbing to electrical , kitchen and bathroom cabinets etc. He sets the schedule and applies value engineering to help meet the budget , and works long hours in order to meet the client's deadline . Tim is an excellent builder and one of the top contractors I've worked with in my career as a landscape design/build firm. We threw him a very challenging project with vague plans, and he continually came up with creative solutions to bring the nuances of the design to perfection. It meant alot to me that he was aware and considerate to consult me at junctures in the build where others might have just gone ahead and just 'got it done'. We got to collaborate on some fun ideas this way and give the structure some real characters. A real artist and fine craftsman, highly recommended!

Tim provided a detailed estimate we considered quite reasonable...I would highly recommend Tim as a General Contractor. He provided a timeline and maintained that timeline for all areas within his control...And, most importantly for us, he was clean and tidy. You don't see that often, or at all, with most GCs. On a personal note, my wife passed away suddenly in the middle of the project. I contacted Tim and he stated not to worry, he would take care of everything. He did!
