WHO ARE WE?
Meet the Founder
Tim Reid, founder and principal of Tim Reid GC, has been creating high-end residential spaces for more than 30 years. Originally from Santa Fe, New Mexico, Tim moved to California in 1989 to open a custom furniture and cabinet shop. His career grew on Los Angeles’s Westside — serving clients in Beverly Hills, Malibu, Venice, and Santa Monica — before he relocated to Atascadero to bring his design-build expertise to the Central Coast. Drawing on his studies in interior design, architecture, and fine art, Tim blends contemporary vision with traditional craftsmanship to create homes that are both functional and timeless.
